HOW DO I PRESERVE MY WF WATCH?

Without artificial treatments, the color of our watches varies upon humidity as well as extreme temperatures. Please preserve your timepiece inside our box when you are not wearing it.

 

ARE WF WATCHES WATERPROOF?

-Our model DARK MARINE is 3ATM waterproof.

-Our model CHRONO WX/CHRONO IMPRINTS COLLECTION/THE DISTANT GMT COLLECTION are 5ATM waterproof.

The rest of our WF watches are considered ‘splash proof’. They are suited to many of your daily activities, such as handwashing, and they can handle mild rain. However, excessive water or moisture softens and weakens the wood, so full submergence in water is not recommended for the preservation of your WF wooden watch.

 

HOW DO I KEEP MY WOOD WATCH CLEAN?

WF watches are made of 100% natural, hand-finished wood. Unlike metals, woods are inherently porous. Dirt and oil easily adhere to the wood surface. We suggest you use a soft, dry cloth to clean them. If the smudges are still there, dip the cloth into diluted vinegar or lemon juice, wring it out and rub gently.

 

HOW DO I ADJUST THE WATCH STRAP?

We offer pre-adjustment of the watch strap to fit your wrist; you will be asked to choose the right size before check out. WF watches are easily adjusted with two screwdrivers. You can refer to this teaching video clip: http://youtu.be/bVMR2v8UMZM if you want to do it yourself, or take the watch to your preferred local jeweler or watch repair shop for service.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE AN ENGRAVING SERVICE?

Yes, WF watches are the best gift ever for your loved one on any special occasion or event. We offer custom engraving services on the watch case and the watch buckle, as well as the wooden packaging box. You can browse our page for more details.

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

 

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES OR VAT?

Wils Fabrik pays taxes for customers who purchase from USA, Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore. If you live outside these places, you will be responsible for any customs duties.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We use mostly EMS or FedEx. Normally it takes 2-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send your tracking number once we have shipped your order. You can track your package online, any time.

 

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept payment with credit card, debit card, PayPal, Ideal (Netherlands), LG U+ (South Korea). Payments made with credit cards or debit cards are processed through PayPal or Stripe. Wils Fabrik does not handle any credit card numbers.

 

WARRANTY & REPAIR

 

WHAT ARE THE WARRANTY TERMS?

Every WF watch owner enjoys a limited warranty period of 12 months, commencing on the date of delivery (or deemed delivery) of the watch.

To maintain this limited warranty, the watch must be operated, maintained, or used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or specifications, which are provided with the watch and shown at https://wilsfabrik.com. Any damage, malfunction, or failure resulting from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, misadjustment of customer controls, thunderstorm activity, force majeure, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions, or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the watch are not covered by WF limited warranty.

WHAT'S THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

All ordered items can be returned within 14 days, commencing on the date of delivery. Before enjoying our easy exchange and return policy, you must contact us to get the returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition, i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. If you are outside the 14-day period and would like to return or exchange your purchase, you still can. Contact us and send back the products according to our customer care representative’s instructions. Your watch will be subject to a full inspection.
