1. Warranty Terms
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, Wils Fabrik agrees to repair or replace the watch within these countries: United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Macao at its own cost, and any Wils Fabrik accessory supplied with it, purchased by You from www.woodtimefashion.com, in circumstances where the watch does not perform in accordance with Wils Fabrik specifications during:
(a) the Standard Warranty period of 12 months, commencing on the date of delivery (or deemed delivery) of the watch.
2. Warranty Conditions
2.1 Proof of purchase (invoice or paid order confirmation) must be provided when requesting service under the Standard Warranties.
2.2 Wils Fabrik requires any customer requesting service under the Standard Warranty to comply with directions from Wils Fabrik staff in relation to troubleshooting any issue and facilitating any repair or replacement under these Warranty Terms and Conditions.
2.3 The Customer is responsible to inspect all goods received from Wils Fabrik upon arrival. In instances where goods have been damaged in transit, the Customer must report this to Wils Fabrik within three days of receipt of the product. Failure to report physical damage on arrival within 3 days of receipt may result in denial of warranty for physical damage.
2.4 Wils Fabrik reserves the right to replace the watch or relevant part with the same or equivalent watch or part, rather than repair it. Where a replacement is provided, Wils Fabrik will determine, in its discretion, the closest watch within the then current range of watch offered by Wils Fabrik with which to replace the faulty or damaged watch. The replacement watch may differ from the replaced watch in size and specifications, at the reasonable election of Wils Fabrik. Wils Fabrik may replace parts with refurbished parts. Replacement of the watch or a part under the Standard Warranty does not extend or restart the Standard Warranty period.
2.5 If Wils Fabrik is unable to repair or replace the watch, the customer will be provided with credit for Wils Fabrik's store or may be refunded the price of the watch (at Wils Fabrik's election). This credit or refund will be for the amount of the purchase price of the watch excluding the associated Delivery Cost.
2.6 In the event that a replacement, refund, or store credit is provided as per Section 6, the faulty item will become the property of Wils Fabrik.
2.7 The watch will be at the Customer’s risk while in transit to and from the Wils Fabrik.
2.8 Wils Fabrik may seek reimbursement of any costs incurred where the watch is found to be in good working order.
2.9 Wils Fabrik reserves reasonable discretion to determine whether any watch is or is not performing in accordance with Wils Fabrik's specifications, subject to applicable law.
2.10 The Standard Warranty is transferrable to a new person, provided Wils Fabrik is informed by e-mail at email@example.com within 7 days of the date of transfer.
3.1 Legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations on Wils Fabrik, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified in relation to consumer goods.
3.2 To the full extent permitted by law, but subject always to clause 3.1, the Standard Warranty will not apply to the following circumstances:
(a) If the watch has not been operated, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or specifications provided with the watch or shown in any parts from www.woodtimefashion.com;
(b) If the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the certificate card;
(c) To damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, misadjustment of customer controls, thunderstorm activity, force majeure, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the watch;
(d) To damage arising during transportation, installation or while moving the watch, or to any transportation costs of the watch or any parts thereof to and from the Customer, unless otherwise specified in these Warranty Terms and Conditions;
(e) To any third-party hardware not contained in the watch as originally configured by the manufacturer;
(f) To any failure, to the extent that the failure is not a failure of the watch to perform in accordance with its specifications;
(g) To replacement or repair of any consumables (including batteries), or lost parts or accessories;
(h) To service of any product whilst it is outside the United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, or Macao.
3.3 To the full extent permitted by law, but subject always to clause 3.1:
(a) Wils Fabrik will not be liable for any loss, damage or alterations to third party hardware, stored on any part of the watch, no matter how occurring; or for any loss or damage arising from loss of use, loss of profits or revenue, or for any resulting indirect or consequential loss or damage.
(b) Wils Fabrik aggregate liability in respect of all claims under the Standard Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the watch or, at Wils Fabrik's option, the replacement of the watch with a like or similar Product.
(c) Wils Fabrik excludes all other warranties, conditions, terms, representations and undertakings whether express or implied.
3.4 Non-refundable for all sale products.
3.5 Only available for these countries: United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Macao.
4. Return Policy
4.1 All ordered items here can be returned in seven days, commencing on the date of delivery. Before enjoying Wils Fabrik easy exchange and return policy, you must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
4.2 We guarantee the accuracy of our orders, so when returning correctly shipped items for a refund, all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
4.3 We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of correct order packages, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
4.4 All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get our feedback here.
