1.        Warranty Terms

1.1   Subject to the terms and conditions set out below, Wood Time Fashion agrees to repair or replace the watch within these countries: United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Macao at its own cost, and any Wood Time Fashion accessory supplied with it, purchased by You from www.woodtimefashion.com, in circumstances where the watch does not perform in accordance with Wood Time Fashion specifications during:

(a)    the Standard Warranty period of 12 months, commencing on the date of delivery (or deemed delivery) of the watch.

 

2.        Warranty Conditions

2.1   Proof of purchase (invoice or paid order confirmation) must be provided when requesting service under the Standard Warranties.

2.2   Wood Time Fashion requires any customer requesting service under the Standard Warranty to comply with directions from Wood Time Fashion staff in relation to troubleshooting any issue and facilitating any repair or replacement under these Warranty Terms and Conditions.

2.3   The Customer is responsible to inspect all goods received from Wood Time Fashion upon arrival. In instances where goods have been damaged in transit, the Customer must report this to Wood Time Fashion within three days of receipt of the product. Failure to report physical damage on arrival within 3 days of receipt may result in denial of warranty for physical damage.

2.4   Wood Time Fashion reserves the right to replace the watch or relevant part with the same or equivalent watch or part, rather than repair it. Where a replacement is provided, Wood Time Fashion will determine, in its discretion, the closest watch within the then current range of watch offered by Wood Time Fashion with which to replace the faulty or damaged watch. The replacement watch may differ from the replaced watch in size and specifications, at the reasonable election of Wood Time Fashion. Wood Time Fashion may replace parts with refurbished parts. Replacement of the watch or a part under the Standard Warranty does not extend or restart the Standard Warranty period.

2.5   If Wood Time Fashion is unable to repair or replace the watch, the customer will be provided with credit for Wood Time Fashion's store or may be refunded the price of the watch (at Wood Time Fashion's election). This credit or refund will be for the amount of the purchase price of the watch excluding the associated Delivery Cost.

2.6   In the event that a replacement, refund, or store credit is provided as per Section 6, the faulty item will become the property of Wood Time Fashion.

2.7    The watch will be at the Customer’s risk while in transit to and from the Wood Time Fashion.

2.8    Wood Time Fashion may seek reimbursement of any costs incurred where the watch is found to be in good working order.

2.9   Wood Time Fashion reserves reasonable discretion to determine whether any watch is or is not performing in accordance with Wood Time Fashion's specifications, subject to applicable law.

2.10 The Standard Warranty is transferrable to a new person, provided Wood Time Fashion is informed by e-mail at info@woodtimefashion.com within 7 days of the date of transfer.

 

3.        General

3.1   Legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations on Wood Time Fashion, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified in relation to consumer goods.

3.2   To the full extent permitted by law, but subject always to clause 3.1, the Standard Warranty will not apply to the following circumstances:

(a)    If the watch has not been operated, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or specifications provided with the watch or shown in any parts from www.woodtimefashion.com;

(b)    If the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the certificate card;

(c)    To damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, misadjustment of customer controls, thunderstorm activity, force majeure, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the watch;

(d)    To damage arising during transportation, installation or while moving the watch, or to any transportation costs of the watch or any parts thereof to and from the Customer, unless otherwise specified in these Warranty Terms and Conditions;

(e)   To any third-party hardware not contained in the watch as originally configured by the manufacturer;

(f)    To any failure, to the extent that the failure is not a failure of the watch to perform in accordance with its specifications;

(g)    To replacement or repair of any consumables (including batteries), or lost parts or accessories;

(h)    To service of any product whilst it is outside the United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, or Macao.

3.3    To the full extent permitted by law, but subject always to clause 3.1:

(a)    Wood Time Fashion will not be liable for any loss, damage or alterations to third party hardware, stored on any part of the watch, no matter how occurring; or for any loss or damage arising from loss of use, loss of profits or revenue, or for any resulting indirect or consequential loss or damage.

(b)    Wood Time Fashion aggregate liability in respect of all claims under the Standard Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the watch or, at Wood Time Fashion's option, the replacement of the watch with a like or similar Product.

(c)    Wood Time Fashion excludes all other warranties, conditions, terms, representations and undertakings whether express or implied.

3.4    Non-refundable for all sale products.

3.5    Only available for these countries: United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Macao.

 

4.         Return Policy

4.1     All ordered items here can be returned in seven days, commencing on the date of delivery. Before enjoying Wood Time Fashion’s easy exchange and return policy, you must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

4.2      We guarantee the accuracy of our orders, so when returning correctly shipped items for a refund, all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4.3      We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of correct order packages, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

4.4      All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get our feedback here.
